TLC TeamThe TLC (Tender Loving Care) Team serves people who are homebound by visiting them, offering them communion and helping fulfill their needs. Homebound simply means anyone who, for any reason, can't get to church, whether he or she is a CPUMC member or not. TLC team members include Evelyn and Al Roberson, Jeanie and Bill Hoffman, Jane and David Latner, Reba Fischer, Billy Zeh, Jimmie Ann and Mike Stopchuck and George Shirley. We try to match team members with the person in need -- by age, gender, background, etc. -- if possible. Most visits occur on Sundays, however team members may be called upon to take someone to a doctor's appointment or to accomplish other weekday activities. The team needs volunteers with loving hearts as well as current addresses and phone numbers of people who need TLC. Contact George Shirley at gshirley1@bellsouth.net.
