What to Expect

When you visit our church, you’ll see that we’re in a perfect place to serve our city. We’re located across the street from a middle school and beside a community college. We’re a congregation of all ages, stages and backgrounds.

Your “door” into the life of our church will most likely be our worship services. When you see our church from the front, you’ll see our Sanctuary with the steeple on your right. At the other end, on the left, is our Christian Life Center (CLC). Connecting the two ends is a long central hallway where bathrooms, child care, and classrooms are located. You may enter our building at either end or in the middle from the back parking area or the front parking area.

The CLC is the home for our 8:45 AM contemporary-style “Experience” service. The Sanctuary is home to our 11:00 AM traditional-style worship service. You may want to try both services to see which fits you. You can find out more about services under the Worship section of this website.

We have an infant nursery and a toddler nursery located off the hallway near the Sanctuary. Children’s church is for children of all ages. We meet in the classroom marked 5th & 6th over the doorway. Join us for life application activities corresponding to the Bible stories heard in Sunday school, and praise and worship. Games, music & movement, role playing, arts & crafts, service projects, and lively discussions.

We also serve coffee midway down the hall at a gathering area, after the 8:45 service.

We have classes to promote spiritual growth and fellowship that range in size and makeup. They include Sunday School groups that meet at 10:00 AM and morning or night small Bible study groups.

When you come to worship you’ll receive a church bulletin with lots of information about activities for all ages. We have a trained staff with a desire to serve Christ and serve the Church. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions of any church member or to contact our staff at 912-265-4883 or email the church office.
